You will need your marriage license at least 72 hours before the big day. If you are active military, you may have your ceremony the same day. You can go to Texas County Clerks Website and search your county for instructions and rules. Basic rules are you must be 18, non-family, not married to anyone else, must present both of your IDs and pay a cash filing fee. Refer to your local county for more rules and regulations. To secure a date

1) Pick a date , time, location

2) Pay total amount 

3) Sign and return contract 

4) Pick Vows

5) Get MARRIED 

Payments made to reserve your wedding date and time are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel or reschedule your ceremony for any reason, no refund will be be issued. Your payment secures a specific appointment that is no longer available to other couples.
